Accounts and access
You are responsible for access to your email account and for activity under your My Cruise Designs account. Login codes expire after 15 minutes and may be used once. Do not share codes or account access.

Terms of Service
Effective September 16, 2026
Memberships
Monthly memberships renew monthly at $24.99. Twelve-month memberships are billed upfront at $239.88. Lifetime access is a $450 one-time purchase available through December 31, 2027, unless withdrawn where required by law. Current pricing is shown before checkout.
Cancellation and downloaded designs
Recurring memberships can be managed through My Account and Stripe’s billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewal as shown in the billing portal. Designs acquired during valid access remain in My Library for re-download and use under the Commercial Design License. New acquisitions require active access.
Digital products and refunds
Because design packages are delivered digitally, completed downloads are generally final. If a file is defective, incomplete, or materially different from its listing, report it through the design page so we can repair or replace it. Any refund required by applicable law will be honored.
Production responsibility
Garments, printers, inks, transfers, presses, and provider specifications vary. Review the provider’s current requirements and order a sample before selling a large quantity. Screen previews and mockups do not guarantee an exact physical color match.
Service changes
We may add, update, correct, or remove designs and features. We may suspend access for fraud, source-file redistribution, misuse, security threats, or material violation of these terms.
