PLAIN-LANGUAGE LICENSE
Commercial Design License
Effective September 16, 2026
In short: You may use designs you validly acquire to create and sell physical products for your agency or clients. You may not resell, share, or give away the digital source files.
Permitted use
- Create physical shirts, apparel, gifts, and promotional products.
- Use a print-on-demand provider or local printer to fulfill your products.
- Use included mockups and listing copy to market products made with the design.
- Make reasonable changes such as color, size, layout, or adding a client or group name.
- Create finished products for your own travel agency and for your agency’s clients.
Access and continuing rights
A design is licensed to the account when it is downloaded during active paid or complimentary access. That account may continue producing physical end products with the acquired design and may re-download it from My Library. Access to newly added designs requires active access.
Not permitted
- Reselling, sublicensing, sharing, posting, or distributing the PNG, SVG, ZIP, or another editable source file.
- Uploading source files to stock-art, template, shared-drive, membership, or download marketplaces.
- Claiming copyright or exclusive ownership of an unmodified library design.
- Using a design in a logo, trademark, or service mark.
- Using cruise-line names, logos, characters, or other protected material without permission from the rights owner.
- Using the files for unlawful, defamatory, hateful, or misleading products.
Print providers and client handoff
You may send a source file to a printer solely to produce your authorized products. The printer may not retain or reuse it for another customer. If you work for a client, provide the finished product or flattened product imagery; do not transfer the reusable source-file license.
