MY CRUISE DESIGNSBY CRUISE CRAWLER

Information we collect

We collect your email address, login and session information, membership status, billing-provider customer identifiers, design downloads, favorites, collections, email preferences, and reports you submit. Stripe processes payment details; My Cruise Designs does not store full card numbers.

How information is used

We use information to provide passwordless login, memberships, downloads, account libraries, customer support, security, transactional messages, optional new-release emails, and business reporting.

Service providers

We use hosting and database services for the website, Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, and Google Analytics for optional website measurement. These providers process information needed to perform their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Analytics choices

Google Analytics is disabled until you select “Allow analytics.” If allowed, we measure page use and catalog interactions without sending account email addresses, login codes, payment details, or the words typed into catalog searches. Your choice is saved in this browser. Clear this site’s local storage to reset the choice. The site also records anonymous membership-funnel events, such as the page area where membership information was opened, the plan selected, and whether the session reached checkout. These records use a temporary browser-session identifier and do not contain your email address or payment details.

Email choices

Account, security, billing, cancellation, and download messages are transactional. New-release marketing messages are optional and can be turned off in My Account.

Retention and requests

We retain records needed to preserve acquired-design access, maintain security, resolve disputes, and meet business obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, email jon@builda.space. Some purchase and license records may need to be retained.

Security

We use passwordless one-time codes, protected server-side sessions, private package storage, access checks, and payment webhooks. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
